OUR STORY
IT STARTED
WHEN I WAS 8.
In 1997, my mom took a leap and started a dream: to make Indian food that ordinary families could afford, but with the care, flavor, and attention you'd expect from an expensive restaurant.
I was eight years old, watching it all happen. The food. The people. The late nights. The little decisions that slowly turned an idea into something real. What she created went on to influence the way Indian food businesses were built across the region.
Then my wife entered the story. Her cooking impressed my mom, and in 2015, the two of us began writing our own chapter — cooking, creating, experimenting, and dreaming about what Indian food could become next.
We got to trable the word and Somewhere along the way, Naan Loco happened.
A PINCH OF MAGIC.
A BRUSH OF ART.
AND A GIFT OF LOVE.
The Wold Tastes Better Together.
We found out that food is eveloving, and people are eating differtly, and we have something that can be magical and just a work of art. Naan Loco came to us as a gift. And now we're building it for the next 30 years — one crazy idea, one hungry person, and one NAJO at a time. Read our story below
